Initial public offering of up to 58,94,400 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each ("Equity Shares") for cash at a price of Rs. 88-93 per equity share (Including a Premium of Rs. 78-83 Per Equity Share) ("Issue Price") aggregating to Rs. 51.87-54.82 Crores ("the Issue"). The issue will constitute [*] % of the post-issue paid up equity share capital of the company. The issue includes a reservation of up to 7,20,000 equity shares aggregating to Rs. 6.3-6.70 Crores (Constituting up to [*] % of the post issue paid-up equity share capital of the company) for subscription by market maker ("Market Maker Reservation Portion").
