Initial public offering of upto 36,94,000 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each ("Equity Shares") for cash at a price of Rs. 54 per equity share (including a premium of Rs. 44 per equity share) ("Issue Price") aggregating to Rs. 19.95 crores ("The Issue").
