Initial public offer of upto 65,70,000 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each (the "equity shares") of Virtual Galaxy Infotech Limited ("the company" or "Virtual Galaxy" or "VGIL" or "the issuer") for cash at a price of Rs.
