Among the components of the S&P BSE IT Sector index, Quick Heal Technologies Ltd (down 2.61%), AXISCADES Technologies Ltd (down 1.85%),Onward Technologies Ltd (down 1.63%),Nucleus Software Exports Ltd (down 1.47%),Ksolves India Ltd (down 1.44%), were the top losers. Among the other losers were Affle India Ltd (down 1.44%), InfoBeans Technologies Ltd (down 1.39%), Expleo Solutions Ltd (down 1.33%), Oracle Financial Services Software Ltd (down 1.28%), and Aurionpro Solutions Ltd (down 1.19%).

On the other hand, Accelya Solutions India Ltd (up 4.58%), Zensar Technologies Ltd (up 2.9%), and Sonata Software Ltd (up 2.77%) turned up.

At 13:44 IST, the S&P BSE Sensex was up 175.94 or 0.27% at 66185.09.

The Nifty 50 index was up 49.9 points or 0.25% at 19724.15.

The S&P BSE Small-Cap index was up 133.29 points or 0.36% at 37190.77.

The S&P BSE 150 Midcap Index index was up 32.57 points or 0.29% at 11171.98.

On BSE,1976 shares were trading in green, 1687 were trading in red and 205 were unchanged.
