Titan Company Ltd announced on August 4th, 2026, that CARE Ratings Ltd. has assigned ratings to the company as follows: Commercial Paper at Rs 7,500.00 (enhanced from Rs 5,000.00), Long Term/Short Term Bank Facilities at Rs 5,525.00, and Short Term Bank Facilities at Rs 11,490.00, all carrying ratings of CARE A1+ and CARE AAA; Stable / CARE A1+. The rating agency has reaffirmed the existing ratings for all instruments.
