India Ratings, Care Ratings, and BWR Ratings affirm ITI Ltd's ratings on debt instruments totaling Rs 2,900 crore

ITI Ltd announced credit rating actions across its various debt instruments, with India Ratings revising its rating outlook to "Stable" from "Watch Positive" and affirming the long-term rating at "IND AAA" on ITI Ltd's bank loan facilities aggregating to Rs 1,100 crore, as well as affirming the long-term rating at "IND AAA" on the company's bonds aggregating to Rs 600 crore and the short-term rating at "IND A1+" on the company's commercial paper program of Rs 200 crore; simultaneously, Care Ratings has reaffirmed the long-term rating at "CR AAA" with a "Stable" outlook on ITI Ltd's bank loan facilities aggregating to Rs 1,100 crore, reaffirmed the long-term rating at "CR AAA" on the company's bonds aggregating to Rs 600 crore, and reaffirmed the short-term rating at "CR A1+" on the company's commercial paper program of Rs 200 crore, while BWR Ratings has also reaffirmed the long-term rating at "BWR AAA+ (Stable)" on ITI Ltd's bank loan facilities aggregating to Rs 1,100 crore, reaffirmed the long-term rating at "BWR AAA+ (Stable)" on the company's bonds aggregating to Rs 600 crore, and reaffirmed the short-term rating at "BWR A1+" on the company's commercial paper program of Rs 200 crore, with no withdrawals or new assignments reported by any of the agencies.
