Prestige Estates Projects Ltd announced the reaffirmation of its credit ratings by ICRA Limited for several instruments, including Long-term – Fund-based – Term loan [ICRA]A+ (Stable), Long-term – Non-fund based limits [ICRA]A+ (Stable), Long-term – Fund-based limits [ICRA]A+ (Stable), Long-term – Unallocated limits [ICRA]A+ (Stable), and Commercial paper [ICRA]A1, with the latter also being assigned for an enhanced amount; no enhancements, assignments, or withdrawals were noted beyond this assignment for the Commercial Paper.
