Jain Irrigation Systems Ltd-DVR announced that it has received information regarding credit ratings under Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, pertaining to its Bank Loan Facilities and Non-Convertible Debentures. CRISIL reaffirmed the rating of Crisil BBB-/Negative on the Bank Loan Facilities amounting to Rs.2711.07 Crore, reducing the facility amount from Rs.2930 Crore, along with reaffirming the rating of Crisil A3 on the same Bank Loan Facilities totaling Rs.2711.07 Crore; additionally, CRISIL reaffirmed the rating of Crisil BBB-/Negative on the Non-Convertible Debentures with an outstanding of Rs.785.63 Crore, with no enhancements, assignments, or withdrawals noted by any other rating agencies.
