Diamond Power Infrastructure Limited (DICABS) has secured orders totaling Rs 116.49 crore (Rs 98.72 crore excluding GST) from Polite Powertech Limited for the supply of 11 kV XLPE power cables to be used in underground distribution projects in Gujarat. The orders, covering approximately 655 km of cables, are for projects in the Bhavnagar and Ahmedabad regions and are linked to a variable price formula. A portion of the order, valued at Rs 79.83 crore (including GST), is contingent upon Polite Powertech receiving a Letter of Award from Uttar Gujarat Vij Company Ltd. The company highlighted this win as a reflection of trust in its quality and delivery, following its recent exit from the NCLT framework.
