Arix Energix Limited, formerly Jupiter Infomedia Limited, announced that it has received approval from the Hon’ble Regional Director on October 13, 2026, to change its registered office from the State of Maharashtra to the State of Gujarat, a move previously authorized by shareholders on June 24, 2026. The company, which officially changed its name from Jupiter Infomedia Limited to Arix Energix Limited effective July 17, 2026, is currently awaiting processing of the name change application with the BSE Limited.
